Forbes Romania organized, on 21 November 2013 at Covasna, an event dedicated to the management of WEEE. At the event attended commissioners from the National Environmental Guard and organizations in the field.
The event was attended by the General Commissioner – Florin Diaconu, and other members of the General Commisary.
From ECOTIC participated Dragos Calugaru – CEO and Nicole Lazar – Operational Manager and ECOTIC zonal representatives.
Dragos Calugaru gave a presentation on WEEE, challenges and problems in this area, bringing into question the situationsin which GNM could intervene:
– Advising local authorities for organizing the collection of WEEE
– Increasing the exigency to those who manage flows of WEEE
– Involvement in tracking the flow path WEEE from holder – collectors – treatment operators – recyclers.
