On May 13, 2014, was held the judging of over 180 projects submitted in the first stage of ASSOCLIC.
ECOTIC as partner of Ateliere Fara Frontiere was part of the jury that chose the winners of 500 computers.
The mission of the jury was very difficult considering that each of the 180 projects aimed to help disadvantaged people to have contacted with the technology that most of us are used to. Finally, after more than 3 hours of judging, 137
projects were declared the winners.

ECOTIC is the only collective scheme in Romania that covers a part of the costs of preparation for reuse of the IT equipment that are donated by Ateliere Fara Frontiere to disadvantaged communities.
