Electric waste and battery collection campaign in Câmpia Turzii
Turzii Plain, 24.05.2021. Between May 24 and 28, the inhabitants of Câmpia Turzii are encouraged to be actively involved in environmental protection through the separate collection of electrical and electronic waste (including light bulbs and neon) and batteries.
ECOTIC together with its partners Câmpia Turzii City Hall, Câmpia Turzii Sanitation Company organizes this campaign to collect waste electrical and electronic equipment and batteries to provide citizens with a handy and environmentally friendly solution because the delivered equipment will reach the flow.
The inhabitants of the municipality of Câmpia Turzii have at their disposal during the campaign:
- FREE pick-up from home, the order will be made by phone during the campaign to the number (0747) 326 842 and (0749) 326 842
- Delivery at the collection point Compania de Salubritate SA Câmpia Turzii, Str. Unirii Square, no. 16C, LV program: 08:00 - 15:00.
Every person who delivers electrical and battery waste over 20 kg receives a guaranteed voucher worth 10 lei (20 lei for 40 kg, 30 lei for 60 kg).
All those who will hand over waste during the campaign over 5kg will be able to participate in a raffle where 3 vacuum cleaners are offered as prizes. The winners will be contacted following the draw that will take place at the collection point of Companiei de Salubritate SA Câmpia Turzii.

Campaigns "Clean Cities" and "Clean Communes" are part of the national information campaign "Be with you in the country as well as abroad”, Organized by ECOTIC in partnership with the Ministry of Environment, Waters and Forests.
