The partnership between Babeș-Bolyai University and ECOTIC has materialized over time in attractive and useful information and awareness activities on the importance of the selective collection of WEEE. The collaboration carried out mainly in Cluj-Napoca is expanding this year to other cities in the northwestern region of Romania. Thus, connecting people and initiatives within the project ReConnect 2 (Research Communication for active learning) we ended up expanding our collaboration in the cities as well Bistrita, Satu Mare and Baia Mare. Started from Bistrita, together with the European event Noaptea Cercetatorilor 2022, the ECOTIC Caravan, with the support of the university and its local partners in the project ReCoNnect2 will promote the separate collection of WEEE as a way of behavior and response to the need to develop the circular economy in Romania."
