"The beneficial effects are obvious, because children have access to advanced technology, to vital information in doing homework. The laptops offered to Mia's Children's Association are used by children in order to improve their school activity. " explains Mia Scarlat, Co-founder and President of Mia's Children Association.

"Laptops have been a real benefit, especially during online schooling. The children managed to attend classes and do their homework, like the rest of their classmates. Young children gladly come to the activity 'My Computer Friend' where, through play, together with the psycho-pedagogical team, they learn about the operation of the computer. We really enjoyed this opportunity, because we make every effort to keep up with every child in school and to operate a computer. ” Mariana Rusu, coordinator of the psycho-pedagogical team of the SOS Children's Villages organization.

Year Join the Solidarity Circle! is included in the national information campaign "Be with you in the country as well as abroad", organized by ECOTIC in partnership with the Ministry of Environment, Waters and Forests. Its purpose is to contribute to the awareness of the Romanian public regarding the correct behavior towards a type of waste: WEEE - waste electrical and electronic equipment.
