ECOTIC launches a new raffle dedicated to individuals who request the collection of bulky electrical waste from home via the call center number 021 9641, in period November 16 – December 14, 2022.
What should you do?
- Call the unique number 021 9641 and place a home pickup order a bulky electrical waste (over 50 kg)
- Wait for the call from the zonal collector and set the day and time of collection
- Keep an eye on Facebook page of ECOTIC to find out if you won.
The winner will be drawn on December 15, 2022, through the platform Www.random.org, and the draw will be made public on the YouTube channel of the ECOTIC Organization.
People who will place pick-up orders for bulky electrical waste (example: washing machine and/or refrigerator and/or several electrical waste exceeding 50 kg), have the chance to win a Wet/dry vacuum cleaner Karcher WD 2.200, 1200 W, 12 l.
The campaign is aimed at natural persons who place orders from the counties where ECOTIC offers home pick-up services. These are: Alba, Arad, Argeș, Bacau, Bihor, Botoșani, Brașov, Brăila, Bucharest, Caraș-Severin, Călărași, Cluj, Constanța, Covasna, Dolj, Giurgiu, Gorj, Harghita, Hunedoara, Ialomița, Iaşi, Ilfov, Mehedinți , Mureș, Neamț, Prahova, Satu Mare, Sălaj, Sibiu, Suceava, Teleorman, Timiș, Tulcea and Vaslui.
On this occasion, ECOTIC reminds the general public that handing over used electronics for recycling should only be done to authorized collectors or specialized collection points and NOT to informal scrap metal collectors. Picking up from home: ECOTIC ensures the collection of bulky equipment from home. In order to support as many citizens as possible, in 2021 ECOTIC expanded its home take-over service, currently covering almost the entire territory of Romania. The minimum quantity accepted per order is 50 kg.
